Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components of the armour or apparel are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
